Job Description

At Lifescale Analytics, we help achieve data-driven decision by leveraging strategic technologies to create innovated solutions, that ultimately help our clients to navigate their ever-changing data landscape. We have an opportunity for Cyber Architecture IV, in the Washington, DC area. This is a Hybrid opportunity but must be local to Washington DC and no travel expenses are included. Relocation expenses are not covered by the employer.

Applicants responding to this position must be a US Citizen and will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information. The candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Blend expert knowledge in Enterprise Architecture and Defense-In-Depth principles to provide input to Security Authorization process activities and related documentation (e.g., system life- cycle support plans, concepts of operations, operational procedures and maintenance of training materials)
• Validates accuracy and applicability of technical solutions to incorporate environmental conditions with business needs.
• Drives standardization of architectures for future use
• Responsible for guiding the design and implementation of secure solutions and services across our business and IT support areas.
• Driving the successful configuration and implementation of security solutions to reduce risk to an acceptable level.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

Experience Level:

• Bachelors degree in an engineering/cyber discipline with at least 10 years of professional experience; or equivalent experience/combined education; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. PLUS 2 years of leadership experience with planning and managing security engagements.
• Able to obtain a Government Security Clearance
• Excellent communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelors and ten (10) years or more experience; or Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience

Certifications: (One Or More Required):

• CompTIA Net
• CompTIA A
• CompTIA Security
• CPTE - Certified Penetration Testing Engineer or CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
• CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSMP preferred
• CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor

Additional Provisions:

• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
• Pass a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. Please note that any usage and detection of cannabis with or without a prescription will result in a failed clearance regardless of the legalization under State Laws.
• Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months’ travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
