Position OverviewLifescape Colorado is seeking a full-time Property Care Divisional Accountant for the finance and accounting team. Reporting to the CFO, this role handles accounting, billing and collections, contract administration, and client communications for our fast-growing Property Care division. You will design and execute monthly close procedures, manage KPIs, and be the primary finance contact for team members and customers. Coordinate the collection, retention, and completion of initial contract documents.
Manage the completion of contract documentation in the ERP system.
Support For Account Management, Production, And Leadership
Act as the liaison between finance and all parts of the Property Care team.
Provide support and administrative assistance to the Property Care team.
Serve as the ERP champion within the Property Care team.
Client Billing/Receivables
Oversee the billing and collection process for the Property Care division, including handling client and collection calls.
Manage divisional receivables reporting and metrics.
Support account managers with accurate and timely client information and troubleshooting.
Expense Process
Manage the divisional expense process and reconcile Purchase Card receipts.
Execute and help develop monthly close procedures for the Property Care division.
Project Analysis
Create and distribute timely job costs and progress reports.
Perform job analysis of projects upon completion, including data analysis from the ERP system and communication with account managers and production manager.
Collect and disperse KPI data for the Property Care division and its team members.

Your Experience
Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration, preferably within a high-touch organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using and navigating ERP systems.
Prior experience with accounting close processes or accounts receivable preferred.
Experience in construction or landscaping is a plus.
Must be effective at prioritizing and problem-solving.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
