Join our team and help save lives! No overnight travel and $2 an hour bonus pay when working on a mobile blood drive! No experience necessary! ALL PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! Minimum starting wage is $16.45 per hour based on flexibility of schedule. Typical promotion at 6-8 months.

Training for primary responsibilities will include :

• Interacting with and registering our lifesaving donors
• Convey the big picture of saving lives to everyone
• Performing phlebotomy blood draws
• Assisting with mobile and donor center setups and tear downs

Hours available :

Seeking team members available for scheduling within the following availability. Actual hours scheduled will vary between 0-30 hrs per week within the time frames listed below :

• Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
• 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month between the hours of 5 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Education and / or experience :

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous phlebotomy or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service or restaurant is valued

Other Requirements :

• Shifts may require long periods of standing / walking
• Follow all training and operating procedures
• Professional, courteous behavior at all times
• Demonstrate qualities of integrity and commitment to the organization’s mission
