Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Analytics and Technology (VPAT) to lead our technology strategy, information systems, and data/analytics efforts. As a crucial member of our executive leadership team, you will drive innovation, ensure technological alignment with organizational goals, and optimize IT infrastructure to enhance efficiency and support our mission. Key Responsibilities:

• Vision and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking IT and Data Analytics vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
• Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and oversee IT and Data Analytics departments, ensuring efficient operations and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop talent and leadership within the departments to position LifeShare for the future.
• Business Partnership:
  • Position IT and Data Analytics departments as strategic business partners, fostering collaboration with other departments.
  • Responsible for vendor management and selection to optimize IT investments and access cutting-edge solutions.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Ensure security and integrity of IT systems and data, complying with industry regulations and standards.
  • Develop risk management strategies and disaster recovery systems to protect technology assets.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  • Manage IT and Data Analytics budgets effectively, implementing cost-effective technology solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources for the delivery of crucial business initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, advocating for the role of technology and data in enhancing performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in representing LifeShare within the donation and transplant communities.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISO, along with certifications in data management and analytics preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT management / leadership with healthcare or non-profit experience preferred.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, data warehousing, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions a plus!
