POSITION SUMMARY:

A Clinical Support Technician will perform duties related to reception and clerical tasks in support of client services rendered at LifeSkills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Generate a professional image of the company through words and actions
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers throughout daily interactions
• Display open communication, cooperation & the sharing of knowledge within all departments of the company
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Must effectively manage multiple projects
• Ensure timely processing of assigned data entry tasks
• Audit incoming paperwork as well as own work for potential errors
• Coordinate a high volume of filing while accurately maintaining the medical record
• Accurately maintain cash drawer
• Available to travel to other locations for coverage when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Must possess typing skill level that assures projects can be completed timely & efficiently
