Lifesource Water Systems is Hiring a Sales Professional Near San Ramon, CA

LifeSource Water Systems, the leading residential water treatment company in California (AZ, NV, TX), currently seeking highly driven sales professionals to join its sales team.

What you'll earn:

A highly motivated sales representative who works LifeSource provided leads AND cultivates relationships with referrals candidates, plumbers and contractors can expect to earn a minimum of $175,000 or more per year through weekly commissions and incentives. Our sales team also enjoys access to Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Bonus/Recognition & Incentive Programs, with top performers having the potential to surpass $300,000 in earnings.

What you'll do:

  • Build strong client relationships
  • Conduct in-home consultations to cater to client needs
  • Develop a robust referral network
  • As a 1099 professional, manage your own schedule
  • Leverage our proprietary CRM system
  • Local travel (driving) is a requirement

What we'll do:

  • Provide access to quality leads
  • Conduct extensive advertising via TV, radio, web, and email
  • Pay customers who refer new customers
  • Offer discounts to plumbers & contractors

What we're seeking:

  • A positive attitude coupled with high confidence levels
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in home sales
