• You will be responsible for coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• This will involve delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

We are looking for an RN/LPN (Home Health) who combines strong clinical skills with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and a high degree of patient satisfaction.

• Has an active, in good standing, Indiana license as an LPN or RN and graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Has strong organizational and time management skills.
• One-year professional nursing experience providing direct care to residents in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or a geriatric setting.
