This position will be handle hardware troubleshooting and remediation, policy and best practice identification and implementation, hardware documentation and training, hardware staging, handouts, and installs, assistance with Tech101 computer staging, and supporting the IT Helpdesk as needed.

Qualifications

Any ideal candidate will have…

• A Certification (or willingness to learn)
• Technical support: 1 years (Preferred)
• At least 1 year of corporate hardware and asset management
• Ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks according to SLA
• Ability to effectively prioritize escalations and daily workload
• Ability to problem solve technology related issues.
• Ability to identify and implement process procedures and documentation

Education

• Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
