We are seeking an experienced Community Education Area Manager to join our healthcare team! This role is responsible for communicating LifeSpring Home Care's mission, vision, and values to the medical community by building trust relationships and working to continually identify customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities that will generate appropriate patient admissions from customers to meet or exceed all growth and development targets.
• Actively establish and maintain market awareness per corporate direction and philosophy.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all A, B & C-rated referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, SNF’s, assisted living facilities, and hospital personnel.
• Maintain all associated customer data records, keeping contact information and resource requirements accurate and up to date about specific customer needs.
• Is a good steward of Community Education Resources and operates within budgetary guidelines.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working within a cross-functional environment
• LPN or RN license preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• Three to five years of successful sales experience
• Established referral sources
• Experience in healthcare marketing required
