Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong medical background. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care in a home settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Knowledge of hospice care and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively
