LifeStar Response is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hands-On EMS Training Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you'll have the chance to inspire and train our EMS providers.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and facilitate hands-on training sessions for all new hires and continuing education for existing employees.
• Develop engaging and interactive training materials to enhance learning.
• Mentor and guide employees through practical simulations and real-life scenarios.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to ensure top-notch training standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in emergency medical techniques and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• EMT Certification or Higher
• a minimum of 3 years in the EMS field
• Valid Driver’s license in compliance with company MVR policy; will serve as VODT instructor (Delaware EVO and Maryland PSC preferred)
• Prior training experience desired
• BLS CPR Instructor
• Demonstrated Computer Software and Email skills
• ACLS/PALS Instructor (preferred)
• Maryland QA Officer (preferred)

This position is based out of Salisbury but will travel locally as needed. General hours are Monday- Friday, daytime hours, but may require some night and weekend availability.
