Role Overview:
As a Sales Relationship Specialist, your primary responsibility is fostering meaningful connections with businesses in and around your community. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy meeting new people daily, effortlessly building relationships, and leveraging these connections to accomplish goals.
You'll need to be adept at understanding people and responding empathetically to their needs. Your work will revolve around introducing yourself to new & building existing relationships, collaborating with and guiding others. By synthesizing their backgrounds, needs & desires with their business objectives, you’ll be able to provide valuable insights and lead them to win-win outcomes. Your communication style will lean more towards "painting the picture" rather than just plain selling and a lively, upbeat attitude is essential. You'll make clients feel welcome with your warm and friendly demeanor.
Successful candidates in this role will focus on finding those who can quickly understand the concepts presented as well as those that we can further develop relationships with by just handling people the right way. Expect each day to be unique, particularly when it comes to personal interactions. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
