Description

Lifetime Windows & Siding is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to enhance our team. This pivotal role offers the chance to provide hands-on support to our administrative team and deliver the "red-carpet experience" that sets Lifetime Windows & Siding apart.

Primary Responsibilities include: 

• Manages all incoming and outgoing calls promptly.
• Offers constant communication with customers via phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Documents all contact points adhering to company procedures.
• Takes inbound service requests and meticulously documents them using a checklist.
• Maintains and enhances customer contact strategies for improved communication efficiency.
• Ensures all paperwork and procedures are executed by field technicians and uploaded to the CRM system.

This high-visibility and fast-paced position reports directly to the Director of Customer Experience and collaborates closely with the administrative team to set customer and service expectations from the outset.
