POSITION SUMMARY

Lifewave is looking for a Product Manager to manage applications and solutions that enable the aggressive growth that we anticipate. The Product Manager will work to collaborate with a distributed global team to communicate direction on applications to both business partners and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and distill feedback from sales, marketing, Brand Partners, and other stakeholders to formulate data driven solutions.
• Establishing consensus for applications and solutions both internally and with key external partners
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and acting as liaison between engineering and other stakeholders
• Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact considering costs to maximize return on investment
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other team members
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Serve as a main point of contact with both internal and external partners to gather feedback and promote application strategies and vision.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical area of study or equivalent education and experience.

Experience:

• 4 years' experience in product management and leadership.
• Proven track record of managing successful technology solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Experience working with engineering teams to communicate requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Experience in direct sales companies preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
