Job Summary: The Vice President of Human Resources is the Chief Human Resources officer for the agency and is responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources Department and all of its functions. The VP of Human Resources will manage a department with a total staff of 4 including their position and a HR Manager. The VP coordinates with all levels of management to ensure “best practices” in HR, compliance with HR laws and regulations, employee recruitment and engagement. The Vice President reports to the Chief Executive Officer, but works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other Vice Presidents who are members of the senior leadership team.
As the VP of Human Resources – you will be a senior leader of our caring and compassionate team supporting people with disabilities. The Vice President oversees a department that manages employee benefits, leave management, and other employee support areas, compensation planning, as well consults and supports all levels of staff on performance management. The position is in a comfortable suburban town of Westwood, MA with a highly competitive salary.
Experiences and Qualifications:
Excellent Salary & Benefits: Salary range of $105,000 to $115,000 depending on experience, degree and certification. Benefits include 403(B) matching company contribution up to 3%, $2,000 signing bonus, payable over your first six months. Excellent Health Insurance with 2 plan choices and a average 75% employer contribution. Benefits available upon hire Dental, Vision and Short-Term disability insurance are available. Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday. This position is located in the administrative offices but travel to agency locations will be required. Travel reimbursement required.
