Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Fluency in is preferred.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on customer requirements
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage and update customer information in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
