This Position is Full Time, Remote.
Essential Job Functions:
- Evaluate and assess proposal opportunities for suitability and potential impact
- Extract and identify key data points from bid opportunities to guide decision-making
- Maintain and update a pipeline of opportunities, adding new prospects and monitoring ongoing ones. Ensure records are accurate and continuously updated with new information, dates, or updates
- Take detailed notes during meetings, upload them to the appropriate drive, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
- Schedule meetings with partners, coordinating availability across multiple calendars. Conduct meeting start-up, take notes, and organize notes in the appropriate repository for easy access by leadership and stakeholders
- Re-organize Google document repositories to ensure logical order and presentation, creating Drive maps for team sharing
- Analyze RFQs to extract necessary information for compliant proposal responses, including instructions, evaluation factors, and other key requirements
- Review proposal responses to ensure compliance with criteria and deadlines as outlined in the RFQ
- Develop and coordinate proposal schedules using the Shipley method for color reviews. Set up all solutions and review meetings
- Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve the efficiency of data analysis processes
- Implement AI solutions to streamline proposal tracking, data extraction, and report generation
- Collaborate with team members to support data-driven strategies and initiatives
- Prepare and present reports on the proposal pipeline and other relevant metrics
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team and organizational goals
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong knowledge in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
- Experience with AI tools and technologies for process automation
- Experience collaborating directly with C-level executives
- Experience in proposal development, management, or a similar environment is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
