Lighthouse Cafe is seeking Food Service Workers to be part of our beautiful school campus in Antioch, Tennessee. Our team embraces a positive work environment and fantastic food! We provide fun, familiar meals as well as culinary-forward menu items to our students and staff members. Our team is most successful when staffed with dependable, motivated, and positive team members. We have positions open at all levels and experiences. We are looking for Dishwashers, Cashiers, Prep Cooks, Line Servers, and Cooks.

What you'll do:

• Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with Cafe recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations
• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing
• Interact positively with LCS Cafe guests and Team Members
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HACCP)

What you'll need:

• Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen
• ServSafe or Tennessee Food Handler Certificate
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English
• Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner
