Who we are
Lightricks is a pioneer in innovative technology that bridges the gap between imagination and creation. With a mission to push the limits of technology to reimagine the way creators and brands express themselves, the company brings a unique blend of groundbreaking computational graphic research and generative AI to every user experience. Just take our award-winning photo and video editing apps, Facetune, Videoleap, and Photoleap, for example and our most recent product, LTX Studio, which is an all-in-one AI digital storytelling platform that gives users complete control over their creations.
Our brand collaboration vertical, Popular Pays, brings together like minded brands and creators, facilitating their collaboration, offering opportunities for brand deals and creator powered content creation. As the leading platform for agile advertising, the Popular Pays’ platform makes it easier for brands to find and manage partnerships while helping creators monetize their talents and content.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our Brands vertical who is deeply passionate about artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technologies. A curious self-learner, a people person, who’s always geared towards better understanding customer needs, excited about new discovery, eager to deliver product and business impact and thrives on leveraging AI to understand and meet customer needs. We expect you to be an expert at crafting compelling narratives from complex data to push boundaries and set new standards in the industry. If you're ready to lead and inspire by implementing the latest technological advancements, we want you on our team.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team on a 6 month maternity cover contract.
What you will be doing
  • Leading a product squad across the complete product lifecycle, from roadmapping, discovery, execution, adoption and product KPI tracking.
  • Being the voice of the customer: deeply understanding and empathizing with customer’s needs, pain-points, feedback and asks.
  • Using data of all sorts, be it quantitative or qualitative, to seize opportunities, define success metrics, prioritize roadmap items and measure adoption success and impact.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders: communicate roadmap prioritization reasoning to the executive leadership, engineering, marketing and sales. Be tentative to feedback and able to explain prioritization decisions made.
  • Acquire deep understanding of the business goals, KPIs and monetization. Be up to date on market trends and technology, study the competition landscape and be on the lookout for new opportunities.
Your Skills And Experience
  • 3 years experience with B2B and consumer-facing products.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs. Comfortable communicating with executives, managers, and individual contributors across design, technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
  • Strategically integrate AI technologies into product offerings. This involves understanding the capabilities and limitations of Gen AI technologies, envisioning how they can enhance or transform existing products, and identifying new opportunities for innovation.
  • Familiar with writing PRDs, leveraging user research, optimizing conversion funnels, data analysis, and A/B testing in a B2B environment.
  • Experienced with product development in Agile and OKR methodologies - preferably with squad or tribe structures.
  • Data-oriented, with an ability to understand and leverage data to inform strategic and tactical product decisions.
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching product strategy & business priorities.
  • Building products that serve multiple market segments - both geographically and demographically.
  • Eye for design and sharp UX instincts
