Lightspeed DMS is Hiring a Contracting Specialist Near Salt Lake, UT
ResponsibilitiesThis position has a strategic focus on major unit and layered application contracting and scheduling for the Lightspeed Business Unit in Implementation, and will be responsible for:
- Lightspeed scheduler will handle daily scheduling of contract projects for implementation resources of major units and layered applications reporting to the Mgr. Implementation under Project Management
- Responsible for coordinating with implementation and collaborating with sales and support for resource reservations, communicating capacity, and strategic placement of resources supporting Lightspeed Implementation operations.
- The general competencies include critical thinking, being detailed oriented, ability to facilitate timely outcomes for the team and requesters.
- Monitor and report on trends, scheduling gaps, drive efficiency gains, and maintain skillsets of all team resources
- Track vacations, assignments, and communicate changes as required.
- License contracts and assist all departments with licensing issues.
- Update Salesforce and scheduling tools, as required.
- Technical skills include the use of excel, word, Salesforce, Cognos reporting, and RMS preferred.
- Experience in project management is considered a plus and preferred.
