DescriptionThe Lightspeed DMS Payroll Implementation Supervisor is a vital role, responsible for coordinating customer implementation of the ADP payroll system virtually, conducting pre-go live consultations, assisting with product setup, and providing ongoing support to customers. This role also involves training customers on payroll software, performing quality assurance processes, and maximizing dealer efficiency with the payroll product. Additionally, the Payroll Implementation Supervisor supervises the daily functions of the payroll and forms teams, ensuring quality service and continuous improvement.
This role is 100% remote, but local candidates in Utah will be preferred when reviewing applications. All applicants must be able to work within the Mountain Standard Time Zone.Key Responsibilities

- Coordinates customer implementation of the payroll system virtually, this may include pre-go live consultation and planning, product setup, and implementation of ADP payroll dashboard.
- Train and assist customers with payroll software
- Handle ongoing support requests via phone, e-mail, or chat
- Perform quality assurance process with software developers and providers
- Consults on methods to maximize dealer efficiency with the payroll product
- Interact, engage, and influence customers and internal stakeholders
- Supervise the daily functions of the Payroll, Forms, & Hardware teams providing guidance, feedback, and support 20-30% (timecards) pairs into implementation of payroll. Hardware does implementation software
- Review key performance metrics for continuous individual and team improvement
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification required
- Experience with ADP payroll dashboard
- 3 years of payroll experience
- 2 years of experience in leadership or people management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer implementation and support
- Experience in conducting training sessions for customers
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
