Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks within the office.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and document preparation to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Support office management by organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Experience:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Strong clerical skills with knowledge of phone etiquette and calendar management.
- Familiarity with office procedures including order entry and real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in office management or as an administrative clerk is advantageous.
