We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young children. You will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills.

```Duties```

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Provide a stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills
- Promote literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning community

```Experience```

- Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices
- Familiarity with special education techniques and early intervention strategies
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to provide individualized instruction and tutoring when necessary
