Who You Are...

As Director of Digital Solutions, you will report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), while working closely with Limbach's Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role will be responsible for leading and executing our innovative facility management offerings. This person plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our data-driven solutions, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This Position...

Some examples of the work you might do includes:

  • Aligns initiatives around Energy Insights, Data Analytics, and other data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborates with the CIO & CEO to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manages the execution of solutions and services.
  • Visits with customers to understand their needs, explain our offerings and help them mine their data for solutions.
  • Works closely with branch staff to review asset history and performance.
  • Optimizes facility management processes for our customers through data and technology, leveraging expertise in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other related industry specific methodologies.
  • Defines customized reports and analytics tailored to unique customer needs.
  • Acts as a technical sales representative for digital solution offerings and assists our branches during the sales cycle.
  • Designs a flexible pricing model that caters to the diverse needs of our various customer segments.
  • Creates a comprehensive sales playbook to empower our sellers with practical strategies, value propositions, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Attends and presents at industry-specific conferences to showcase our expertise, network with potential clients, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Orchestrates a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for digital and data-centric offerings, integrating market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to formulate a business case with ROI projections, and collaborate closely with marketing to drive solution content.

What You Need...

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • 6 years in data-driven roles related to data center design, construction, operations, and maintenance.
  • 3 years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facility management, including maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) for optimal building system integration.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, build client relationships, and meet revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in designing technical solutions for digital products or facility management processes.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Proficient in leveraging Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for process optimization.
  • Extensive knowledge of technology issues, concepts, trends, and advancements.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Construction Industry Certifications.

Work Environment:

  • This position operates primarily in an office environment and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and printers.
