Job Title: Project Coordinator

Company: Limitless Horizons Consulting, LLC

Location: Hybrid (Office based in the City of St. Louis at 4240 Duncan Avenue, 63110, with remote work flexibility)

Position Type: Full-Time, Contractor

Report To: Andrew Shaughnessy, MPA, MA, Owner of Limitless Horizons Consulting, LLC

Monthly Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

Since its founding in 2019, Limitless Horizons Consulting, LLC (LHC) has been dedicated to collaborating with community leaders to help them accomplish their missions. Our notable projects include the Missouri Medicaid Expansion ballot initiative: Yes On 2, Missouri Confluence Waterkeeper’s clean water initiative, and programmatic research for a nationally-based family foundation. These initiatives have laid a solid foundation for our continued success.

LHC offers extensive expertise in capacity-building services, including board development, program planning and evaluation, strategic planning, research, technical assistance, grant writing, policy & advocacy, and philanthropic advisement. Led by Andrew Shaughnessy, an award-winning advocate and strategist, LHC is committed to working with community leaders to inspire change.

Contractors must demonstrate and support LHC’s workplace culture and values when representing LHC during business hours. These included:

Job Description

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the company. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience coordinating multiple projects, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring all project deadlines are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and business growth. 
  • Manage external event coordination and logistics. 
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support when requested.
  • Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, public administration, project management) or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 proven years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. This can include internships, fellowships, and/or any volunteer experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
