Lincare is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our Team.

Duties:

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
