- Maintains patient information on a series of systems where accuracy and timely processing is most important
- Responds to new and current Lincare, patient and Dr requests
- Handles all incoming faxing and ensures they are processed and sent to the right place for proper process of the PTS account
- Trains all new employees and retrains current employees when needed
- Assists in emails received
- Works on Negative Survey Report monthly and within timeline
