Looking for full time, permanent LPN for in home care and home medical equipment setup and follow up. Permanent position with large stable company. Good Monday through Friday 8-5 schedule. Full benefits package.

Responsible for the setup and follow up for in home equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units in Pt homes.

• Provides patient education as an intricate part of the patient care activity according to the patient's need and, frequently in the patient's home
• Performs complete and professional patient assessments in accordance with policies and procedures
• Maintains current knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and relevant respiratory therapy concepts
• Represents the company through professional personal appearance, patient care activities, and content of written reports
• Facilitates prescription collection
• Maintains patient records incomplete and organized manner in compliance with accreditation standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.50 per hour
