**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. **Duties:** - Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes - Take customer orders and provide recommendations when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner **Skills:** - Proficiency with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS - Strong mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions - Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus - Sales skills to promote specials and upsell products - Exceptional customer service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction - Competence in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of brewing techniques for beer-related tasks - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills while creating memorable experiences for our patrons.
