CNC Machine Operator

Job Shift: Day/Night Shift

Job Type: Full Time (hourly)

Lincoln Manufacturing is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of CNC Machine Operator at our Houston, TX location; to operate CNC machines in a safe, efficient manner that produces a quality product that contributes to targeted profit level of Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc.

This is an hourly position and is non-exempt.

Responsibilities/Duties

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

* Wear safety equipment at all times during working hours

* Manufacture API products and/or Customer specific

* Be able to perform complex setups on CNC machine tools efficiently without assistance

* Thorough knowledge of machining an assortment of thread profiles

* Experience working with tubulars as raw material is a strong plus

* Must have extensive experience on CNC Lathes to include both short bed and long bed machines

* Experience operating and setting up CNC Mills and multi-spindle/multi-turret machines is a plus

* I.D. Stamp every processed part. (If requested)

* Efficiently meet daily production requirements.

* Inform Quality Inspector of any Machine set ups for a First and/or Last article Inspections

* Maintain all LMI tooling in good working conditions. (Machine, Plug Gauges or other Quality tools)

* Verify received pallets at the work station are identified

* Notify the Supervisor of any problem (Safety, Quality, Production or Maintenance)

* Show up to work on time on a daily basis

* Maintain work station clean and organized
