Lincoln Recycling is Hiring a Warehouse Worker Near Erie, PA

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the logistics and operations of our facility. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with room for growth and development.

Duties:
- Perform various warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Handle materials with care and attention to detail
- Operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in inventory control and order picking processes
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Support distribution center operations as needed

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with package handling procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Proficiency in order picking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
