Essential Functions
- Prep-work of parts
- Grit blasting of parts
- Run coating automatic equipment
- Check process parameters
- Continuously monitor equipment status, keeping the production output within the required
- Perform standard maintenance activities on guns and equipment
- Keep the fixtures clean and ready to operate
- Assist and perform duties as assigned by Production Manager
- Use calibrated instruments to perform critical measurements
- Able to use equipment PLC controlled
- Working in the Company's Quality and Safety System context, in accordance with its procedures and requirements
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, routers and inspections procedures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to understand general G-code programming is preferred
Ability to understand and document requirements of Inspectin Plans.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry or ability to use a trig book.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations preferred.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Other QualificationsDemonstrates mechanical aptitude
Operates basic measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, surface plate checks and optical comparators.
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing both Background and Drug Pre-Employment Screenings
