**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, restaurant operations, and kitchen management. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations - Manage and optimize restaurant sales and profitability - Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall guest experience - Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff - Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and quality standards - Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and inventory tracking **Requirements:** - Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Excellent leadership and team-building skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for the restaurant industry and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as our General Manager.
