Your mission at LINDAL

Summary
With the main objective of ensuring compliance with the Annual Sales Budget, the Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) coordinates and operationally manages the accounts that are part of Lindal North America's client portfolio from the moment a request is received (or forecast) until the products are delivered to the customer, guaranteeing satisfaction without compromising or endangering the interests and objectives of Lindal North America.

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for ensuring that customer service is satisfactory:
- Participate in the commercial strategy of Lindal North America as responsible for ensuring the correct execution (day-to-day) of processes related to the client.
- Operationally manage the assigned accounts and ensure that your work team also correctly manages the accounts they manage.
- Work with multifunctional teams generating positive synergy that helps meet customer requirements in a timely manner (OTIF/ Fill Rate).
- Coordinate the correct flow of internal and external information, ensuring that it is accurate and reliable.
The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the clients' forecast during the frozen period, current month (M); Likewise, he/she is responsible for requesting periodic updates of the clients' forecast and firm purchase orders in accordance with our delivery times.

Your profile

Education.

Industrial Engineer, Business Management (bachelor’s degree).

Experience.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a Customer Service or Planner in B2B companies (ideally in the packaging industry and whose clients are preferably Multinationals)

Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Customer First Mindset
  • Team Player

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.
  • Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
