Account Manager
LINDAR is looking for an experienced and motivated account manager to join our sales team to manage our existing clients in our fast-paced manufacturing business. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting sales, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

As an Account Manager, you will contribute to the growth and success of our business by fostering and growing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:

· Support the execution of account plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
· Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
· Oversee the onboarding of new customers, CRM maintenance, and Customer Portal management.
· Support internal and external sales representatives by answering questions, coordinating quotes, managing changes to product pricing, design requests, tracking progress of projects internally, etc.
· Coordinate with internal teams and the customer (sales, engineering, production, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
· Actively participate in sales meetings and report relevant and requested information including forecasts, account performance, customer activity/feedback, and market trends.
· Facilitate communication and/or meetings with customers to review project status.
· Escalate customer issues or complaints and coordinate and communicate resolution.
· Direct, coordinate and serve as the liaison between the customer and our internal team to clarify and reinforce customer expectations, and track and communicate progress of new projects.
· Use CRM and Project Management software to organize and maintain a tracking mechanism to ensure timely response to requests (drawings, quoting, samples, prototypes, and production)
· Provide miscellaneous project and administrative support for sales representatives (reporting, price adjustments, forecasts, customer portal management, etc.)
· Minimal travel as required to support and meet the needs of our customers.
· Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
· 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and resourcefully.
· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Results driven self-starter with a sense of urgency.
· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and products preferred.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
