What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will maintain adequate Linde security and vendor joint SOP. Engage with the security vendor for their training records, schedules, and vendor information
  • You will work with vendor guard service to ensure staffing requirements are met at Guardhouse
  • Additionally, you will ensure guard force follows the Linde Safety Principles and Life Savings Rules
  • You will oversee the contractor compliance database as well as other facilities databases for the entire campus
  • You are responsible to greet site visitors in a professional manner and notify Linde employees of their arrival
  • You are accountable for keeping the facility guardhouse in compliance with all organizational, industry, federal, state, and local safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What makes you great

  • 5-10 years of experience in the Security Field
  • Knowledge and understand full operation of C-Cure system
  • Knowledge of Swiped-On system is preferred
  • Ability to work in and deescalate high stress situations
  • Ability to work on teams, manage multiple tasks and interact with senior management
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of LAMT
