Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler that will be based at our Texas City location. This position will report to the Maintenance Superintendent in Texas City Enclave and will work with the Texas City Area maintenance team to achieve reliability goals within the region.
The basic function of this role is to maximize work force capabilities through prioritizing, planning, and scoping of maintenance work orders.
This position is expected to produce job plans that allow maintenance crafts to work safely and efficiently at multiple facilities (Texas City Area). In addition, this role will perform the duties of the maintenance scheduler and assist in tracking, reviewing, and analyzing KPIs.
This position requires a combination of office work and field work. This position occasionally requires accessibility during off-hours and up to 15% travel. Employee will be required to work in different weather conditions and must be able to access elevated electrical and mechanical equipment via ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts, and crane baskets.
