Linde is Hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader - Electronics Deposition Materials Near Indianapolis, IN
- In this role you will partner with leadership, and other functional staff, to identify operational and financial issues and implement corrective action plans, as appropriate across all sites within North America, Asia and Europe
- You will have responsibility for monthly reporting on the consolidated financial results, forecast and variances on the ~$300M total business including: Monitoring and managing key business drivers of financial results, appropriately communicating business trends and results to senior staff, and overseeing the integration of finance and accounting discipline into operations
- You will provide financial consulting and strategic support to business leaders, including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons and customer driven projects
- While managing a team of ten employees, you will manage business financial statements/reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including revenue, bookings and working capital
- Liaise with shared services in Indianapolis to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for transactions in the business unit
