About the Role The Manager, Global Operations is responsible for driving tactical initiatives to support broader strategic goals that will result in meaningful and measurable change for both the Operational teams and the test takers we serve. They will be responsible to a book of business to maintain and build relationships, effect change and advocate for industry best practices. In addition to overall process, change and innovation, they will be expected to leverage data to monitor vendor performance and measure impact. Operations is a dynamic role that supports a global vendor team to support our global candidates.
The manager maintains flexible approach to working hours and arrangements. The role will require availability to align with US business hours but may include early mornings, late evenings and weekends on occasion (work schedule will be modified accordingly where adjustments are warranted).
Role Responsibilities • Drives organizational leadership and change management.
• Leads online assessments with strong knowledge of customer systems and products/services (SaaS preferred).
• Strong understanding and ability to partner with a global vendor partner and work effectively to support a global team.
• Leverage data and analytics to assess reporting and execute against business strategy.
• Embodies a mindset of fairness and equality to logically assess complex situations that require sensitivity to PII.
• Participates in the ongoing development and implementation of training.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams and external clients and vendors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements • Skills in Microsoft Office, Jira, Sharepoint are required. Salesforce, ZenDesk, NICE, PowerBI, Tableau experience highly preferred.
• People leadership experience is required, with preference of experience in global vendor management.
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Preferred certifications in lieu of (or in addition to) education: Six Sigma, PMP, CSM, CCMP, ITIL, Kaizen
• Strong track record of demonstrating fundamental problem solving and resolution skills.
• SaaS experience preferred with strong experience in organizational leadership and change management.
