Linear is currently seeking highly-motivated, professional, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a roofing sales leader. Coming on board as a sales leader you will be required to not only canvass for your own leads and sell but also help recruit, train, and manage your sales team. Prior roofing sales experience is a requirement. As a team lead, you will have additional training through Linear and be given all the tools necessary to be successful in your growing career with us. Your primary goal as a team lead is to sell as many roofs as possible while delivering the up-most positive. experience for each and every one of our customers and to lead your sales team to be successful by leading by example.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and manage your sales teams
• Set sales goals and track the progress of your sales team
• Develop sales strategies to increase and improve sales
• Motivating the sales team
• Provide guidance and support to your team
• Maximize sales revenue and increase customer satisfaction
• Lead by example
• Build relationships and establish trust with potential and existing clients
• Find opportunities to build relationships with other businesses in efforts to bring in future business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing sales experience is required
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Proven leadership skills
• Competitive and winning attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
• Extraordinary people skills and relationship builder
• Problem-solving skills and results-oriented
• Ability to learn and teach scripts and dialogues

• Able to and successful at canvassing for your own leads (in person door-to-door sales)

• Ability to climb a ladder and safely walk on a roof
• LLC set-up (prior to starting with Linear Roofing)

Pay: $125,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
