Our customers include some of the largest and most forward-thinking manufacturers in the U.S. and we are supported by some of the most respected investors in our industry.To add capacity to our Inside Sales/Channel Management Team that will enable proper coverage of current uncovered accounts, provide assistance and resources to current Channel Team members, and to provide flexibility to current Inside Sales team for campaigns and targeted opportunity response.Reports To: Inside Sales Manager

Job Functions
  • Stabilise and grow with existing manufacturer business
  • Create dedicated, available point of contact to assist key channel customers
  • Build a business plan on manufacturer expansion potential and execute to growth goal
  • Expand manufacturer placement within current safety accounts
  • Customer Service and Sales Support lead for Select Distribution Partners in US and Canada
  • Direct access to manufacturer portals
  • Cost/Avail support with fast turnaround
  • Direct sales contact with select department/team leaders
  • Support for Mid-Level Channel Accounts
  • PIM Data
  • Pricing and Availability
  • Sales Team Leader Contact and Awareness
  • Point of Contact for Solutions Consultant on questions on account engagement
  • Own/Manage Inside Sales Relationships with Distribution Partners
RequirementsWhat You Need Under Your Belt to Be Considered:Skills & Competencies
  • 2-3 years inside sales experience; preferred
  • Proficient using Salesforce and Power BI
  • Carries credibility among manufacturers
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and think outside the box in a constructive positive manner
  • Must possess high energy and drive with a real desire to ensure a win-win outcome
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Flexible when priorities shift
  • Ability to pivot as changes are implemented from manufacturer changes in our portfolio to organizational shifts

  • Demonstrated ability to form close relationships with sales managers both internally and externally

  • Sales Growth Goal - Direct Responsibility Accounts
  • Drive double-digit sales growth for assigned inside sales accounts.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the inside sales team, as measured by performance review
