About the Role:

Liner is an AI research assistant for students and researchers. We are helping millions of academics find reliable information faster on the web.

From writing research papers to researching for a capstone project, Liner helps students find and understand relevant references more quickly. It was recognized by a16z as the 4th most used GenAI product on the web.

As Liner's Marketing Intern, your primary goal is to increase Liner’s usage at universities in the US. Your day-to-day activities will involve ideating, planning, and executing initiatives that will help us meet, acquire, and retain more users.

This role is crucial for scaling B2C revenue and will enable Liner to build B2B partnerships with universities. You will be working directly with the Head of US at Liner. This role will be based in our San Francisco office. Liner has offices in Seoul and San Francisco. (Duration: 3 months)

What You'll Do:

• Reach out and establish partnerships with university student groups and administrators.
• Plan and execute new marketing launches for the school year.
• Communicate with student ambassadors on how to promote Liner on campus.
• Create and execute strategies to boost Liner’s user growth.
• Assess the effectiveness of your strategies, campaigns, and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively to evaluate the impact of your marketing efforts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify the changing requirements and goals of Liner's Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Organize and host collaborative webinars and workshops with key student organizations to educate students about Liner’s features and benefits.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to work in-person at San Francisco or Berkeley during the contract period.
• Ability to analyze data and find meaningful patterns.
• Must be willing to use personal social media to advertise on behalf of Liner.
• Currently enrolled as a undergraduate student.
• Strong interest in AI technology and digital productivity tools.
• Actively involved in campus activities and organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Korean and English.
• Experience in leading university student groups or working in school university administrative offices.
• Work experience in sales, marketing, business operations, or an analytical role.
