LINEV Systems US, Inc. is Hiring a Technical Support Specialist Near Conroe, TX

At LINEV Systems US, Inc. we have a great opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to apply and develop your skills and grow as a professional.

Reporting to the Product Line Manager and working closely with Production, Service and Sales Departments, your main role will be to support the product development and to ensure excellent product delivery. Responsibilities include the maintenance and monitoring product lifecycle while collaborating with our product development team, assessing customer needs with analyzing market trends, and providing technical support to our service and sales teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Continuously expand knowledge of our product line.

  • Improving the development of existing products and supporting the development of new products.
  • Supporting the launch of new products.
  • Performing product validation and surveys, ensuring the product performance and specification meet company standards and local regulations.
  • Performing product demonstrations and training sessions to service and sales teams.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, resolving customer issues, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the engineering team.
  • Analyzing and documenting the product production and maintenance processes. Develop required documentation and instructions for production and service teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Minimum of a College Degree (a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred) in technical, production or IT related field

or

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

· Advanced PC user. Knowing OS Windows and networking at administrative level. Getting well familiar with PC hardware and computer/network devices.

· Knowledge of basic electrical theory. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and perform basic troubleshooting with electrical circuits and devices.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Having experience with CAD software is much appreciated.

· Strong customer service skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Highly developed attention to detail

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
