Job Description
Purpose: As a Product Manager at Lingraphica, you will play a pivotal role in an empowered product team, tasked with solving important customer problems in innovative ways that align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for deeply understanding business needs and a passion for creating compelling product solutions. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our internal systems, including SSO, ADSC (Billing), HubSpot (CRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and both authenticated and unauthenticated WordPress sites and communities. This role is pivotal in enhancing our internal operations, supporting business users by automating processes, increasing efficiency, enabling new functionalities, improving customer relationships, and enhancing employee experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of internal tools and systems designed to streamline operations and improve internal user engagement
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for leveraging technology to remove grunt work, increase operational efficiency, and enable new work
  • While this position does not have any direct reports, individual will collaborate and lead a cross-functional team that is responsible for the entire product lifecycle—from conception to launch to iteration
  • Engage in continuous discovery to validate needs and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user satisfaction
  • Measure and analyze the impact of deployed solutions, iterating based on feedback and performance to maximize benefits
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements, and vice versa
  • Translate complex customer insights into clear, actionable strategies and product roadmaps
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and innovation within your team, empowering them to make decisions that align with the strategic goals
  • Practice continuous discovery to ensure that your team is consistently addressing the most impactful customer needs
  • Develop and validate product hypotheses through prototypes, user testing, and ongoing feedback loops
  • Define and analyze metrics that measure the impact and success of products, driving decisions based on data
  • Engage closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative product features
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience:Required:
  • Strong understanding of Lingraphica’s internal systems and processes
  • Experience with technologies and platforms such as SSO, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), LMS, and website management, particularly from an integration and optimization perspective
  • Direct experience in enhancing internal business processes through technology
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager, particularly with internal tools or enterprise solutions
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within tech or healthcare sectors, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Experience with healthcare technology and communication disorders is highly advantageous
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence both team members and internal stakeholders
  • A strong understanding or ability to learn agile methodologies, CI/CD, experimentation frameworks, automated testing and customer-centric software development practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Technical proficiency, able to discuss architectural concepts, prioritize technical debt, and make informed decisions with the engineering team, preferred

Travel:Travel may be required 2 - 4 times per year for in-person team meetings and all-company meeting
