Linhares Law Immigration Attorney is Hiring a Legal Assistant Near Orlando, FL
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Portuguese.
- Prior experience in immigration law, particularly with the EB2 NIW visa.
- Work permit.
Duties:
- Assistance in preparing and assembling visa applications.
- Assist with document management systems.
- Provide support to attorneys and legal staff.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and reviewing legal documents
- Proficient in using computer software and document management systems
- Familiarity with legal immigraton terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
