Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License
• Master’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations

• Flexible SchedulingMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Full-Time)
• Six Paid Flexible Holidays, Paid Sick Leave & PTO (Full-Time)

• Reporting to one facility location and/or close to home cases
