- Unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- COVID vaccination mandatory for some locations
- Flexible SchedulingMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Full-Time)

- Reporting to one facility location and/or close to home cases
