We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role of the Account Executive involves developing and implementing sales strategies and plans geared toward achieving company objectives. The ideal candidate will not only sustain high activity levels but also surpass revenue targets and profit margins while actively expanding our client portfolio.

Our Account Executives each earn competitive base pay, a vehicle allowance, and a generous commission structure. Commissions are uncapped and feature residual earnings!

Anticipated pay range: $75,000-$100,000 .

Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activities, goals, and quota expectations
• Make 100 outbound calls per day
• Set qualified appointments for the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, email and outbound calls.
• Understand how to uncover customer needs and requirements
• Understand our product and services offerings to present solutions
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects
• Team with partners to build a pipeline and close deals
• Input documentation for all sales and marketing activities, as well keep accurate progress notes and client updates in LINK’s CRM.

Requirements:
