Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex problems when necessary.
Communication: Communicate with customers in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the customer service team to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment.
