Job Summary :
Weare seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Data Entry Clerk tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible foraccurately inputting a variety of data into our database systemsensuring data integrity and assisting with general administrativetasks as needed.
This role requires strong organizational skillsexcellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficientlyunder tight deadlines.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Accurately enterdata into database systems and ensure the accuracy ofdata.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitiveinformation and adhere to data protection policies.
- Perform regular backups to ensure datapreservation.
- Generate reports and performdata analysis as required.
- Assist with otheradministrative tasks such as filing scanning and organizingdocuments.
- Communicate with team members toensure data entry tasks are completed on time.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and report anyinconsistencies.
Qualifications :
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in MSOffice (Word Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills.
